2) Don’t let panic boss you around
So often it happens that when we are suffering from a panic problem we tend to become a slave to our emotions and start to restrict where we go and what we do. Try not to let this happen to you. Let yourself go where you want to go and be prepared to have a panic attack if needs be while you are there. I know this may sound hard but it’s necessary to get control back in your life.
3) Ask your panic what it wants?
This may sound like a crazy idea but if we are willing to converse internally with our emotions, our subconscious can give us answers as to what needs to be done to heal them. Try talking to your panic in a quiet moment and asking it what it wants from you?. Wait for an answer and trust yourself. It may just want you to let it be, or it may need something else, or point to another area of your life that needs attention.
