Physical Symptoms of Anxiety

Anxiety and depression being only mental diseases with the time will show their physical symptoms on a person who suffers from it. There are times when a person will experience a change in his appetite, feel less energetic, lose sleep over the condition, and many other physical symptoms.

Other symptoms will usually include such as no appetite; sweaty palms; waking too early in the morning and unable to fall back to sleep; nausea or/and diarrhea; sleeping more than usual; shakiness; aches and pains for no apparent reason; tight chest; low energy levels; constipating; increase in appetite; no sex drive; cold and clammy hands; hyperventilation; dizziness.

some of these effects can be caused by medications you are taking. If you are on some kind of medication be sure to consult your doctor about the side effects that these drugs can cause.

Caffeine also plays a big role so it is also advisable to control caffeine intake.

Still, if you are experiencing more than few of these symptoms and you are more than sure that the medicine is not the culprit of these, be sure to consult your primary care physician. Even if you will be wrong it is a wise idea to make a checkup once a year or more frequently.

Even though symptoms of anxiety and depression can affect your life in different and many ways, please do not worry, since any of these symptoms will harm you in any other physical way, these are only reactions to the sensations that your brain created inside of you.
