Despite the fact that the condition can be controlled it is important to understand the things that can be done to prevent such occurrences. There are people who take to much alcohol, nicotine and caffeine, basically the addiction to some drugs may cause anxiety.
This condition, however, should not be a cause for alarm; there are modern inventions that have made it possible to deal with the condition. Drugs are not the only remedy for panic attack symptoms – in fact they can be inefficient. Since its all in the mind, it is better to first accept that there is something wrong with you. From then you can start developing the art of positive thinking and accepting challenges.
